Know Your Cycle

We have about 500 periods in a lifetime. Let’s understand them, embrace them and celebrate them. Knowledge is power…

  • Do you struggle with the premenstrual stage?

  • Do you want to create a life structure that works for YOU?

I am here to remind you of your own body’s wisdom.

Step One

Understand your cycle from a physiological point of view (the anatomy and hormones).

Step Two

Layer this with the understanding of the Inner Seasons, the four phases and what’s happening physically, emotionally and beyond.

The menstrual cycle is our most untapped resource.

It’s our inbuilt map to our inner life. You have this knowledge. You are the expert about your own body. But in this busy world it becomes harder to tune into that deeper level of ourselves, our intuition and our gut. Understanding your own menstrual cycle is your roadmap back to yourself.

Before we move on to live a cyclical life, it’s so important to know the foundations - the basic anatomy and physiology of our own bodies and menstrual cycles. From there we can better understand what’s happening for us - physically but also emotionally and beyond.

The natural flow of the Inner Seasons starts to make sense.

Why did I create the Know Your Cycle workshop?

Understanding my menstrual cycle genuinely changed my life. For years I felt at the whim of where I was at in my cycle and the ups and downs felt too intense. I’d try to be consistent but what I now realise is I was denying my natural way of being - to be at one with the ebbs and flows. Learning about my cycle brought me SUCH relief and SUCH insight.

I know that after this workshop, no matter how smooth or unsteady your cycle usually is, you will have more knowledge and the tools to become more self aware.

I LOVE seeing women and menstruating people learn more about their own bodies and live a more self compassionate and connected life.

What people have said….

  • That was fantastic!

Didn’t look at the clock once, you had me engaged the whole time. You spoke so well and I’m so excited to track my monthly cycles and get the best out of my seasons. I’m looking forward to really listening to my body and taking the time to notice what it’s asking me to do. Thanks for all of that. Would love to do the Inner Seasons course too!

  • I strongly recommend this workshop to any woman who wants to be empowered with knowledge about their cycle (which sadly I never learnt at school) and understand how to use it to your advantage and get the most out of every month!

I am so appreciative of you - thank you for giving me the tools to learn more about me.
