If unsure, from the first day of wet/lubricative type mucus (often around day 10 but different for everyone depending on length of your cycle), have sex every second day (or everyday but there is no pressure for everyday)
It's important to have sperm "lurking" BEFORE you ovulate! Sperm can live in fertile mucus for up to 3-5 days, so the 3 days leading up to ovulation are important (when wet/lubricative mucus is present).
From ovulation there is only a small window of opportunity for fertilisation to occur (from about 12 -18 hours)....so it's best for sperm to already be there!
Ovulation typically happens two days before or after peak day
The chance of becoming pregnant is highest if you have sex on the days of highest quality mucus, up until the second day after the peak mucus or the day you observe the temp shift.
Once you have confirmed ovulation with mucus patterns and a temp shift await 14 days before taking a test.
